ADMISSION TO 'CHAMA PUBLIC SCHOOL'

• (1) Registration starts on ______________________, of every year.
• (2) Date of birth should be according to government rules for admission to all classes.
• (3) Original date of birth certificate is required to validate age of the child at the time of admission.

Admission Procedure

Admission to Nursery, LKG, UKG, Std.1 and Std. 2 is direct, based on an interview with the child and both the parents. From Std. 3 to 10th the admission is based on seat availability, merit shown in Entrance Test and on previous performances shown in the Report Card. If the Admission is confirmed after an interview call from the school office, parents can secure admission with the guarantee of producing TC within one month of admission from previously enrolled school. The name of the child will be entered in the School Rolls, only after the payment of prescribed fees. Aadhaar card should be presented at the office during admission.

• The admission will be accepted following the rules and regulations of the Right to Education Act.
• Application forms must be genuinely filled by both parents as well as students for future relationships with the school.
• The name and date of birth must match with the actual birth certificate of the student.
• Parents are required to submit the necessary documents before the date of joining the school, until which admission will remain provisional.
• Documents, registration fees, and processing fees must be submitted to the school office along with the application form.
• Admission for Nursery, LKG, UKG, Std.1, and Std. 2 will be based on a direct interview both with the parents and the child.
• Admission for Std. 3- 10th will solely be based on the previous school's performance reflected on the report card, merit shown in the Entrance exam, and seat availability.
• The name of the selected child will only enter the school rolls after full payment of the mentioned fees.
• Aadhar card is mandatory during admission.
• In case of discovering mistake, fraud, and untruth information on the admission form, the admission of the student will be terminated with no reimbursement of any fees paid.

• 5. Aadhaar Card / Bank A/C details of parents, Passport (Other Country Student)
• 6. Category / Caste Certificate (If applicable)
• 7. Medical Fitness Cetificate with Blood Group Report

Note

1. No admission will be validated till the above mentioned documents are submitted.

2. Even if the admission fee is remitted, the admission will be only provisional till the above written documents are deposited and found correct by the school authorities.

3. Admission in class I require a Xerox Copy of the original Birth certificate issued by the Registrar of birth of a Municipal Body. It must be attested by a gazette officer.
